3D File Upload, Approval, and Onboarding Process
After you upload your 3D file document, our 3D design experts will verify the suitability of your 3D file.
Within a maximum of one business day, our 3D experts will provide you with a response via email.
The experts can provide feedback in two different ways.
If the 3D File is Suitable:
The 3D experts will review the file. If it is suitable for the Clooned 3D Marketing tool, they will present it to you for approval. You will receive a demo link.
At this link, you will find the ready-to-use version of your 3D model. You can give an approval after reviewing the demo version of your 3D file. After approval, you will receive the final email of your embed link.
If the 3D file is NOT suitable:
The 3D experts will review the file. If it is not suitable, they will send you an email outlining the necessary actions to be taken on your 3D file.
You will be expected to rectify your file based on the instructions provided by the 3D design team and upload a new file.
After reviewing the preview demo of your 3D model file and checking all the features, you can give your approval. We will support you at all process.
